Uploading it is a different conversation. But video'ing everything like this is extremely smart, IMO. Without video evidence, it's her word against his.

I don't thinks so. He was clearly emotional right after he saw the kid. Maybe he just knew the woman was a piece of shite and just wanted to have evidence if anything happened.
