Marc Hill says plenty, and the clip says plenty about him. Hill participates in, and thoroughly enjoys derision directed at other races. He is highly offended if anything of the sort is directed at his own. He is a divider and a racist. Yet he is publicly supported by news outlets such as HuffPo.
