I just got a trade and he wants Rob Gronkowski and Kelvin Benjamin for Alfred Morris. My other tight end is Zach Ertz and i have Julio Jones, Jordy Nelson, and Brandin Cooks as my receivers. My RB are Lynch, Chris Johnson, and Ingram. Should i do it?

i don't know. I'd lean towards no. Really don't care about losing Benjamin. Gronk isn't playing much right now, but you got to think it's going to change.
On the other hand, i'm sure you can go get a TE on the waiver wire right now that is doing better than Gronk right now, Donnell or Paul.

I guess i changed my mind, i lend towards doing it, assuming you can pick up another decent TE on the waiver wire.

He already has Ertz so dont have to look at the waiver wire for one. I think Morris will be good he was screwed a lot last year with full back dives on the goal line.

This. I'd do the trade. You can live without Gronk and Benjamin, but could definitely use Morris.

What are his other RBs? I think you can do better than Morris. I think Gronk is being undervalued. I just think that he will turn it on at some point.

I'd probably do it. Ertz is a legit TE1 and I see Alfred Morris' value rising with Cousins taking the reigns on that offense. Should have more scoring opportunities and the Redskins might not always be playing from behind for a change so he won't lose so many snaps to passing down backs. I'd do it. This will solidify your starting RBs. I also think it's not a matter of "if" but a matter of "when" Gronk will get injured.

I haven't really followed Ertz. But if he is a legit TE1 and has value, I would try to trade him instead of Gronk.

Ertz is not a legit TE1 to me. He's ok to start, but i'd want someone else to play matchups with him.
Donnell and Paul have seen a good bit more looks than he has, plus they've caught TD's.
Ertz doesn't even have a redzone target. celek has 2.
