Where would you put Chip Kelly in your NFL coach rankings?

Somewhere in the top half of the league, but I don't really watch enough Eagles games to have a GOOD read on him. When I see him he seems competent, and that's more than I can say for some coaches.

He is hands down the best offensive mind in the game. Whether he is a complete coach at the NFL level remains to be seen.
