Need some recommendations for transmission work in ascension

Have a '97 ford f-350 4x4 7.3 diesel that I'm sure the transmission went out on today coming home. Tried all the gears and nothing. Only thing that works is reverse. Hoping can get by with just a torque converter and rebuild kit. Anybody have any recommendations of where to bring it for an estimate or better yet somebody who does work on the side that will just charge me labor and let me buy the parts to save some cash?

Shop on airline across from Anytime Fitness! Very Reasonable on used transmission or rebuild!
