This guy is everything he was labeled to be and more. He flies around the field and plays fearless. He has gotten more playing time each game. I think he ends up taking Ronald Martin's spot at safety. The kid is too good to keep off the field.

our past recent safeties were great don't get me wrong, but they were center field guys, Adams can both play center and cover one on one if needed. he's a great asset for us no doubt

He played a bunch in the 2nd quarter this past week. He is also a beast on special teams. I only see him getting better each week. Sky is the limit for him.

He still needs to prove himself in coverage and obvious passing down situations. There was one play against ULM where he was one-on-one with a receiver on 3rd and long and allowed him too much space to run his route beyond the 1st down marker, curl and catch with ease.

I didn't watch the last game yet but I heard Martin had a great game. The entire 2-deep for the secondary will get a lot of snaps on D, Jamal included.

I've seen him on the field but he has "jumped out" at me in any way yet. Perhaps it's the bourbon idk but I do believe he will end up being one of the best safeties to come through LSU

He might be our best player on special teams. Watch closer.

If that's the same play I'm thinking, he was just out of position. D Thomas blitzed giving the slot WR free release. Adams was supposed to come up and cut off the hot route, but was too slow getting there. That's easy to correct and not a surprising mistake from a FR.
