Bank acct got hacked. Someone ran my card in Tampa but my card is in my hand

I guess you can make duplicate debit cards? 
The numbers were not punched in manually, someone actually ran a card at the pump.

they more than likely hacked the credit card processing account of a vendor that you went to recently. They got your CC digits and they applied them to a blank card which they could in turn swipe at any store and it appears legit.
Happened to me a couple of years back.

They got your number than just made a clone.
Call bank, call local PD.
Bank will refund in 2-3 days. Cops will not give any fricks.

Mine got hacked in Tokyo. Made a duplicate and tried to swipe it. CC called me and asked if I was in a bar in Tokyo? I said "WTF"? They said $759. I said "must not have had too good a time". They said why? I said "you ever been to Tokyo - 3 beers and vodka seven will run you $759". They laughed.....

Don't use debit cards. Use credit cards. Never put the money in your account at risk.
