Anybody who would do such a thing to a 4 year old is a despicable coward.

coward isn't the word that I would use, but despicable does apply.
I am all for the firm swat on the butt, but arms and legs, etc. need to stay out of it, and drawing blood isn't necessary either.
I am mixed on Minn's action on this though. Part of me is like yes. innocent until proven guilty. release him when the court releases it's ruling, but then again I'm like frick me, he tore that little kid up. literally.
