Why not Magee at FB??

Watching him on kick offs and in pass protection, he is an outstanding blocker. He is stout enough now to handle the role (he prob is 220 now), he clearly has a desire to do what is best for the team, and he would actually be a threat the defense has to account for.

I think the deal is - they're working both Williams and Hilliard out of that FB/HB position, with Fournette or Magee at the tailback spot from that formation. It may be tied to the whole Senior/Freshman thing, although I've seen Williams in front of Fournette, now.
It is a version of the triple option, with a twist. It is working, therefore I like it.

I would be in favor of Magee, Hilliard, Williams ay FB over Neighbors.

Neighbors had a block on one of the runs where he drove a guy 10 yards down the field. (I forgot who was running the ball at the time) followed him down to the 1 like it was nothing.
Neighbors doesn't have the talent that the other RBs do, but the guy is a old school smash mouth full back. He also won't fumble on the one or get stupid personal fouls.
