Name the Only Disney Movie Mel Blanc Worked On

Any guesses? Interestingly enough, his work was cut from the film as they decided to make his character mute. However, his voice still can be heard in one scene when the character hiccups.

Weird.
I figured it took too much effort for making those animated movies that nothing was cut because nothing was in that wasn't needed.
