He stated he will try to stay and win the money and the cup. That is a lot of cash to turn away from…even though his child is being born.

If it's his first kid he needs to be there. He is a great player and will win millions more. Plus he will still win a ton for wd and making top 5 fed ex. I'm leaving to watch my child being born every time in his shoes. Now if I monday qualified and have no status, I'm playing.

He will not be top 5 with a wd. No way you withdraw. I have two kids, neither give a frick if I was there or not. If I had 10 million they would remember.

It's not like he gets 10 up front. It's spread over many years. It's not the fact that I care if my kid remembers. It's the fact I remember I was there.

10th place gets him 500k. 5th 1.1 mil.

The majority is paid up front. It's about 9 million in cash, 1 million in an annuity. That changed after the very first year.

He stays and plays. It would be a career and life changing tournament
