Playing @Buffalo as you "big road game" really?
Mountaineers played Bama and then at @Maryland tomorrow. Art Briles is a good coach but is acting like a fraud by playing barely FBS teams..

Did you see what the commentator said during this game?
He said he asked Art Briles if he plans on scheduling better teams in the future, and Briles bluntly and firmly replied "No"

Baylor and Oregon's gimmick offenses can run up the score against outclassed teams like Buffalo and Directional State Tech but when they play teams who have defenses that can match them in size and speed it gets ugly.
See: Oregon vs. Stanford, or Baylor's games vs. Oklahoma State & TCU last year.

Yes. Has Oregon's offense turned the corner and finally beaten a physical defense? There is a good chance, but to be sure let's see how Michigan State plays the rest of the year.

Baylor's offense is not a gimmick. However, the Mountaineers will slice n dice their horrible defense. The Mounties have one of the best receivers in college football in Kevin White. Ask Bama fans how good he is..

Didn't Baylor put up 73 on West Virginia last year? The most points Baylor scored against anyone that season. That barely FBS team Buffalo even managed to hold them to 70.

I agree with this. Baylor's secondary is weak and Buffalo has beaten them several times this game but either dropped the ball or it was a bad pass

West Virginia's offense was a dumpster fire last year. I think bad offenses put the team's defense in jeopardy for not being able to stay on the field long enough, and puts more pressure on the defense
Oklahoma was beating Baylor 5-3 last year late in the 2nd quarter, but the offense was so bad that eventually the dam broke.

Baylor put up 63 points at RANKED West Virginia in 2012, and LOST...just like every time Art Briles has faced a ranked opponent on the road.
