PRETORIA, South Africa (AP) — A South African judge on Friday found Oscar Pistorius guilty of culpable homicide, or negligent killing, in the shooting death of girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp and declared him not guilty of murder and premeditated murder.

I can't believe the judge intervened and took the murder charges off the table. Ridiculous.

I don't think it was it premeditated either. I do believe they got in an argument and she tried to get away from him and he murdered her.
