Would you drop P Thomas and/or J Reed to pick up Hunter and/or West

Q1: Would you trade P Thomas and my 2015 15th round pick for a 2015 13th round pick? Was offered this trade and am considering it.
Q2: Would you drop Reed? I don't feel like I need him (Kelce is a good keeper hold, IMO) and really don't feel like dealing with his injuries this year.
Keeper league (Keep 2). Standard scoring.
QB: Luck, Palmer
RB: McCoy, L Bell, Vereen, P Thomas, Hyde
WR: Nelson, Jeffery, Wayne, Evans
TE: Pitta, Reed, Kelce
I feel very light with my RB and WR depth and would like to free up some space (really don't want to carry 3 TEs) to make some pickups.
Available Free Agents:
WR:
Greg Jennings
Justin Hunter (Waiver)
Malcolm Floyd
Brian Quick
Marvin Jones
Kenny Stills
Jarrett Boykin (Waiver)
Andrew Hawkins
John Brown
Jordan Matthews
RB:
Terrance West
Lance Dunbar
Khiry Robinson

Yes I would drop Reed for Hunter and West in that order. No need at all to have 3 TEs. 2 is even pushing it IMO

How did these guys go undrafted in a keeper league?

I don't think most people were drafting as a keeper league. I tried to with some keeper picks late, but most people drafted same as a non-keeper league. More options for me!

So you would drop Reed? You don't think there's any reason to hang onto him and hope he regains some value and trade?
Would you rather have Pierre Thomas (probably better this year) or West (potentially a good keeper pick).

Yes I would drop Reed. Even if he comes back, how much can you really trust him? He's never been able to really stay consistently healthy in his short career. I had him and Ertz and dropped Reed for Markus Wheaton without hesitation. With the TEs you already have, it's an easy drop. Baring injury, Pitta should be a plug and stay TE if you have him. If you're worried about breakout/trade value, that's where I'd advise you keep Kelce and sell him high after his first big "breakout" week.
As far as Pierre and West, that one is a little trickier for me. With the RBs you already have it's safe to say Pierre most likely wouldn't break your starting lineup except for injuries or byes. Don't get me wrong he's a solid PPR RB, but the Saints' backfield scares me. They have 3 extremely viable options and seem to be perfectly fine distributing the load bewtween the three. It'll be hard to really project any of their stats on a given week. With Tates injury history, and the keeper league status I would probably drop Pierre for West.

Thanks bud. That's exactly what I was thinking on all accounts. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't taking crazy pills.
Trading Thomas to pick up West and then placing a waiver claim on Hunter (dropping Reed).
Wheaton was a great pickup, btw. Tried to get him this past waiver claim period, but he didn't fall to me.

No problem. Good luck this week
Yeah I'm ecstatic with the Wheaton pickup, especially considering I didn't have to use my #1 waiver position on him. There wasn't really anybody I felt was worth using the #1 spot on(we can keep that position as long as we don't use it). Went to check who the leftover free agents were and couldn't pick him up fast enough when I saw he was still available. The weird thing is this was one of my more "savvy" leagues - I was shocked.
