Week 2 WR Advice: DJax or Cooks

Standard league, non-ppr. 2rb 3wr (no flex)
WR
-Alshon @SF (Questionable - so this may answer the question by itself if he doesn't play)
-Cordarrelle v. NE
-Desean v. Jax - caught 8/9 targets last week, but mostly bubble screens and RG3 has been pretty bad, but he is a playmaker.
-Cooks @ Cle - caught 7/8 targets last week + found the endzone and got involved in the running game (1 car, 18yds) + Brees is obviously one of the elite QBs in the league.

I'm not sure if K Stills is out but Cooks will get some looks if the other Wide outs are sitting.
I have both also and cooks is riding my bench this week and DJax getting the start.

I'd start Cooks until RGIII proves he can manage that offense. Too many question marks in that Redskins offense for me.

I think DJax will have a really good week, but I would still start Cooks. The Saints seem to want to feed him the ball.
