OK, the justice dept is supposed to be investigating the IRS scandal. Now, everyone stop laughing and wipe the spit off your chin.
We all realize Holder's real job is to stonewall any investigation of the IRS so that they can continue targeting conservative groups.
Well, Holder's asst called Elijah Cummings to get help in spinning the scandal to the Dem's favor. One problem...
