Actually it's charli xcx who sings the part that sounds like Gwen S.. but iggy and charli both suck, along with their "music".

Kind of... her whole rap voice has gotten a lot of slamming because she's appropriating a southern gangster accent from the dirty dirty south, when she's actually Australian. Gwen never really sounded like that.
And like someone else said, the singing is Charli XCX.

Iggy is a character. How does a white girl from Australia sound like a black girl from Houston. She might as well put on blackface.

Fact is, they get called "blacks" and treated about 10X worse than minorities in America, but the Australians I know (who are many as my wife is of Australian descent) like to differentiate between their 'blacks' and our "blacks."
Our blacks are trying to pull themselves up and make a better life, whereas their blacks are just lazy and used to government handouts.
Our blacks are rising above the oppression, whereas their blacks are just sinking into drug addiction, dysfunctional families, and alcoholism.
Etc.. etc..
It was a crazy experience hearing them talk about the aboriginal population in such overtly racist terms but acting like it was completely justified and not racist, because they weren't talking about African Americans.
