I know Welter is in over his head, Beckwith looks a lot better than Welter, and Garrett is laughing at his lack(zero) of playing time. And Miles/Chavis are sticking with White Mamba

The easy answer is Chief will determine reps based on level of play and will not officially replace Welter. I'm really getting sick of this subject. Welter will still play, but if he consistently gets outplayed by Beckwith or Garrett his reps will decrease.
