Of course. They would be flummoxed and bewildered by such a call from the DOJ.

Of course not, just passing along the information. IMO this statement by the Democratic staffer makes it harder for the DOJ to downplay the phone call as standard operating procedure to discuss matters with the majority and minority staffers (as Fallon claims).

These staff members should be brought in and placed under oath, then we could see how their lies change. Fallon should be placed under oath, and they should be questioned at the same time, where they don't know what the othes parties are being asked or what they are revealing.
