Can anyone recommend an IT service provider for a medium sized business?

Needs to be able to work with 20-25 network based work stations, Microsoft exchange, a virtual servers configuration and network printers. Located in New Orleans.

I had a similar question a few months back. Someone suggested Essential Solutions. We switched to them and have been very satisfied ever since.
