I guess I'm an idiot, but I always thought NAT Types had to deal with wireless connections. How can I fix this?

I'm using UVerse fwiw.

You will need to somehow "admin" into your router software from your pc. Then give your xbox a static public is address

Place your XBOX outside the firewall in the DMZ.

- Click Start > Run
- Type in CMD
- In Command Prompt, type "ipconfig"
- Grab your Default Gateway (AT&T Router URL)
- Type that IP into your browser
- Click on Firewall Settings
- Find your device (XBONE),
- Select it, and choose the last option (DMZ Plus)

This will bypass the entire firewall putting the device on the outside of the firewall. Changes NAT from 2 to 1, and you have no restrictions...

I'm resetting the xbox now. I renamed it, selected it, and it put it in the DMZ.

Fingerscrossed!

Aww yeah, I'm good to go!

85 ping kinda blows, but I was just so sick of shitty wireless.
