If Ray Rice makes it onto the field, do players go after him?

Players are already speaking out over this in the league, I wonder if anyone takes a cheap shot and try to take him out of the game...think it would ever go that far?

No, because putting a bounty on players gets you a year.

I guess you haven't checked twitter today then...Rice has zero respect around the league, tons wanting him thrown out.

what did people expect a knock out punch to look like is what I don't get.

Understood the outrage over the light sentence, but people are acting like they thought a guy punching his wife wouldn't be stomach turning?

How noble of them

I hate the Ravens but Rice is a good guy and has always done a lot of good for the community here in Baltimore, and he is great with the fans.

You edited out that you don't get the outrage. It's simple, most people assumed that she was basically mauling him in the elevator and he eventually reacted very poorly. This video shows him as the absolute aggressor in the entire situation. Dude probably deserves a lifetime ban.

This statement is absolutely absurd. That video shows that he is anything but a good guy.

Players are too busy thinking about their own jobs/careers instead of wasting their time focusing on Ray Rice.

Maybe a little trash talk here & there, but no.

I'm on the phone and it was a horrible accidental click... I meant to say I don't get the outrage specifically over this video as opposed to the previous video

People make mistakes, and the good Rice has done around these parts definitely outweighs getting into a drunken fight.

Just really unlucky, only time he's ever hit a woman and it happened to be caught on tape.

That may very well be true, but the odds of that are what? How confident would you be? If I had to gamble my savings, I certainly wouldn't bet on it being the 1st time, would you?

Nah man. In my opinion certain actions pretty much take the good guy card away. And this is one of them
