Help with installing an HD Antenna at my hunting camp

ok so here's the deal. I am interested in seeing what I would need to do to set up a HD antenna at my camp.
I have posted the camp's approximate location and the related signal strengths below
Here is what I am working with. Our camp is completely sheet metal; the roof, all 4 walls, all sheet metal. Because of this I would assume that a normal indoor antenna from BestBuy would not work well.. right?
We do have an outdoor antenna similar to the one below but it is old... been there for a minimum of 15 years and likely much much longer.
is this antenna worth anything any more? Do I just need to find a digital converter box?
One last hurdle, we have an old style TV in the camp. A small tube style TV (mid-90's I guess), will this need to be upgraded too?
As you can tell I am completely ignorant on these thing and would just like some guidance. I'd be nice to be able to catch LSU and Saints on CBS and Fox

Mine looks very similar to that one. Where I'm located, the same site tells me I can only pick up half the stations I'm actually able to pick up, so don't trust everything you read on the interwebs!
You should be fine with that antenna.
You will likely NOT be able to use that TV unless:
(A) the TV has video input jacks and you have a Digital HDTV Tuner box with video outputs.
(B) the TV has a digital tuner. This is highly unlikely. Or..
(C) you have a digital to analog TV tuner box.
Just go buy a cheap $200 TV. You'll be fine. Be sure to ground your antenna with a lightening rod in the ground.
