Madden 15: Franchise Help

I seemed to have selected the wrong franchise type. I selected the Player Franchise(locked position) instead of the Coach Franchise(control entire team). Is there any way it can change this or do I have to restart it.

I know you can do It if you're the coach or owner But player idk. Try going to Team management, then the menu where it shows you have the options of Roster, depth chart, team salary etc. Go all the way over to retire player, it'll ask if you want to retire or create a new character. Hit create new character. And you're all set
