Perhaps teams have been able to figure out his offense. Eagles won a bad division last year
Nick Foles was never a good QB, he was just the beneficiary of playing QB in that offense when NFL teams were not adjusted to it yet. But looks like adjustments have been made in the offseason and the ship is sinking

There was an equal knee jerk reaction as to how awesome he was in the first half of the 1st game last year vs Washington. Then for the next 6 weeks, "ahh he's terrible. NFL teams adjust too quickly etc. etc." But they went on quite a run and I don't think you're quite giving Foles the credit he deserves for that run.
And could be that their opponents might turn out to be one of the most improved teams in the league.
