Lariat package. What I mainly want is leather bucket seats and a reverse camera.

The XLT comes with a backup camera. I think you can upgrade to leather seats also.

I just bought a XLT with leather, camera, HD head lights, bucket seats etc. $12,000 off msrp with a trade.

Get at least 12k off is not closer to 14k. They advertise 13k off on the xlt all the time, not to mention weeks before the 15s start showing up.

I know more about the new Silverados than F150s but I would think you could get what your looking for in the low 30s. If you want the Lariat package mid 30s. The FX4 loaded out high 30s low 40s

The new 2015 is a month or so away. I would wait until those start showing up to your dealer in high numbers. They'll be giving away the '14s by October/November - at least $14k off Lariats. And you can drive the new & old back-to-back.

Don't mean to hijack. But what's the appeal of the bucket seats with console over the middle flip down seat/console in the front? I feel like this is getting harder to find in a crew cab truck, and I don't really understand why

They're way more adjustable for one. And more comfortable. Unless you're running a lawn crew, when are you going to need to sit 3 across the front row? Not to mention the lack of airbag and shoulder harness.

My single cab and my dad's crew cab has the middle flip down seat. It's just the same bucket seats but a jump seat instead of full console. Just as adjustable as bucket seats with a console. The only difference is the lack of an extra seat if you need it, extra console space (which I don't really have a want far, rather the floor space on the transmission hump) and console shifter instead of column shifter (which I can't stand).

I just don't see the appeal. I just hope when I'm in the market for another one in 7ish years it's still possible to get it without having to buy a work truck.

Then again. I also wish they put a work truck floor in every truck, carpet just doesn't make any sense to me

ETA my jump seat does have a shoulder harness. The crew cab one doesn't though.
