Coming in from the freezing cold to a warm place or coming in from the blistering heat to cool air conditioned place?

Heat to air, but I live most of my time in Louisiana, in the heat

Comforting? I'd go cold to warm.
But...there's nothing I enjoy more than coming in from out of our shitty South Louisiana heat and humidity and into a cold much less humid place. I've often thought of having essentially walk in freezers as small rooms for the deep south that would function as our versions of saunas. frick going into a room that's even HOTTER and more humid than where I already live!!
