Probably misremembering, but I thought Saints-Vikings was 13-9 or 14-9 in the opener.
That was a very disappointing game even if I took a neutral standpoint. Shockingly boring, but of course, the Vikings were awful that season.

yeah it was a snoozefest...I'm not sure about the score...favre looked like he didn't care, and the saints offense was so rusty. even as a die hard saints fan I wasn't fufilled
tough to match that Nfc title game though...it was bound to be a let down.
