At least gwb finally had a plan behind patreos's leadership. Obama is setting us and the rest of the world up for a major failure. Where has his leadership improved something? Arab spring? Russia v NATO? Africa? China v japan/ SE Asia? Domestically? Health care is the one unknown but it's certainly been a cluster f to date.

It was working until Obama's precipitate withdrawal caused instability.
Now we are headed back to combat in Iraq, even though Obama declared the war to be over in Iraq.

What he rely need to set up is a beer summit or one of Michelle's hashtag campaigns if he jus really serious about ISIS.

It did. The community policing program named "sons of Iraq" led to the most peaceful period in Iraq over the past 10 years. Maliki turning away from that program has led to the rise of militia attacks between sects and to the rise of IS support in Iraq.
