I've gambled a little bit.
Like went to a casino for the experience, something to do.
I never buy lottery tickets unless the Power Ball gets to some ridiculous amount.
Can anyone who gambles a lot really say they do it because it's fun? I know people can have a problem with gambling but i see so many poors buying scratch offs,on the penny slots at the boat,ETC.

I hate casino gambling
I loved sports book gambling
I love playing cards with friends for money

I don't enjoy football as much as I did when I was betting on the games.

I truly enjoy gambling regardless of the chance to win money

However I don't have the disposable income to do it but about once a year

I've never understood the logic behind that.
I'd be happy with a small jackpot.

I like the adrenaline rush you get when you have a lot of money on the line for a game/hand. I love going to vegas with a set spending limit and getting after it. If I lose, i'm over it. Usually I'm drunk, no big deal.

there really is no logic. Just a chance at something ridiculous for a very small amount of money.

If you gamble because gambling in itself is a game you're willing to pay to partake in, then no.

If you view it as a career or a lifestyle or something other than a recreational activity you would pay to enjoy, then yes.

If you are gambling disposable income I really have no issue.

If you are not meeting other financial obligations you are a peice of crap.

wait what? not only is the chance of winning pretty much non-existent anyway..but the odds you'll be sharing the wealth with others who picked the same numbers is much greater when everyone is buying shittons of tickets because the pot is larger.

MATH MOTHERfrickER DO YOU UNDERSTAND IT?

uhm...usually aren't multiple winners on the large jackpots...by usual i mean less than half the time. Even so I would rather share a 400 million jackpot with 3 than win 100 million by myself

no, thats why I got a BA and not a BS from LSU. I thought the odds of winning were the same regardless. Or is that only applicable to the individual's odds of winning and not the amount of winners in general?

FTR, I don't enjoy gambling so I'd assume a gambling addict was weak minded.
