To control the extra fans, game staff members will be ready to resolve problems instantly and will let fans report issues directly to them from their smartphones. Fans can text ‘BRUTUS’ to 69050 and stadium staff or police will respond to your issue. That includes fans who are misbehaving, swearing, inebriated, or who do not sit during game play.

I'll respond the same way I do when someone behind me asks me to sit down:

I don't get the point of standing the whole time anyway.

This rule has actually been in place for a while. It's just the electronic notification that is new. People that want to stand ignore it and as long as they aren't making asses of themselves I don't see them have a problem.

Plus the cell service in the stadium sucks.

So I can see over the players on the sidelines.

For tsun yes. For most games just during third down on defense and close to the goal line on offense is what I see. And big plays of course.

The game in ATL last weekend our side line pretty much stood the whole time. Bama's was 50/50

I don't have to worry about this. By the time people climb all the way up to my seats, no one wants to stand.
