Looking to book a trip for Thanksgiving week, Tuesday-Saturday. Any recommendations? Probably 2 or 3 couples in late 20's, first things that came to mind were the Bahamas, Cabo, or Napa.

Cabo is fun but the fishing isn't too hot that time of year

Go up to the mountains. Rent a cabin. Do some hiking. Relax

I think Gatlinburg is some sort of Thanksgiving Mecca for people from Louisiana. We went there for the first time during Thanksgiving last year and I saw so much LSU & Saints gear I was honestly wondering if there was some sort of Louisiana related convention in town.
