fricked up invasion of intimate items they obviously never intended to go anywhere. Very disturbing if you ask me.

Sadly, I'm probably in the minority here and considered old fashioned.

agreed...just a damn shame that our right to privacy is pretty much gone and no one seems to care too much...

Stop take pictures of your goodies. Then there won't be any.

Probably solved.

I dont feel sorry for anyone who trusts apple with anything. And if you take naked pictures of yourself and store them on a public mass cloud storage server over which you have no control at all and expect privacy you're dumb. Same goes if you send naked pictures over the internet or your phone. Buy a camera that has built in storage and use that. You can hook it up to your TV or computer and it is impossible for some to hack into a camera sd card or hard film. Keep that camera in a safe place and it is literally impossible for this to happen.

It sucks but if they play they're cards right they'll more than make it up in goodwill or lawsuits.

Erin Andrews' thing was played really well by her and I think she cashed in on it.

I don't see how it's a huge deal. I mean yea sucks for them. But nude celeb photos and sex tapes and stuff have been being leaked for decades. The only thing changing is the medium.

No. I was telling my buddies in a group text yesterday that it makes feel like a creep just looking at those pics.

1. your "rights" are basically positive or negative. Protections from the governments or guarantees of something from the government. Privacy is most certainly not a guarantee, so it is a protection from. In this case, the government had nothing to do with it.

2. Show me in the constitution where you have a right to privacy?

it's really pretty harmless if your a civilian. not like you're pic is going to be uploaded all over the internet unless you're some kind of 9.99.

I like this idea. Next time I get a girl to want to send me noodie pics I'll make sure she takes it on different camera and delivers me the SD card in person so I can go put it in my computer and check out the pics rather than just bang her right there

A person allows pictures to be taken ... especially celebs ... and we have this wonderful thing Al Gore invented called the interweb!! Are they that stupid? They deserve whatever they get ... and I think what they got is what they wanted.
