Madden 2015 Connected Franchise Question

I'm the commissioner of a connected franchise. Is there a way to see if a particular user is replaying games each week to avoid a loss? Any way to prevent it?
I know in NCAA it would list how many restarts a user had each week.

Yeah you should be able to go into the schedule tan on the far right and see. All users should be able to see. This was madden 25 tho

Ok i see it now. Man that is hidden. Hopefully there is a way to "cap" restarts.
