I know with it being an 8 it will be tough. This is from our property near Vicksburg we just bought. I'm finally getting better deer. Also age and your guess on score. I'm going to guess 4-5 and low to mid 120s. These pics don't show how long his main beams truly are. I know his tine height will hurt him a bit. These pics don't do him great justice, though. I'll be proud of him if he gives me an opportunity at him.

Also I know it's hard to tell with velvet, but comparing him to pics of some 2-3 year old bucks on my property, it appears he has really good mass.

Meh, not sure. Long main beams but not much in tine length. Seems to carry his mass all the way. Will be close.

Of course there are some here that are self proclaimed experts. I'm sure they can tell you

Yep I know he'll be close. I don't care, just curious. I'll be super proud if I got him. All that's hurting him is tine length and being an 8 point.

I doubt it, but he's a fine buck nonetheless.

He could get to 120", the lack of brow tines and length will be killer scoring wise. Deer in velvet always looks like they have great mass and sometimes that isn't the case.

Still an impressive buck.

Yeah I know velvet makes them look a lot more massive, but looking at his left side in that one pic it looks pretty dang thick. I know he's more massive them a couple 7 and 8 points I have and they aren't a bad size either. I figured 120-125", but I'm no expert.

Great looking buck, but I would wait at least until I get a few daytime pictures before I bust out the tape measure.

Shoot that's part of the fun! I love checking the cameras and dreaming once I get pics of a good buck. I got pics of him right after dark so I'm hoping my stand in the woods will cut him off. I got pictures of him on all 3 of my cameras. I may never see this deer, but it's still fun to think.

Looks like a 120-122. Would be a good bow kill if you get a chance.

He'll probably be between 120-125

This buck only had 1" brows was right at 120"
