How do you setup apple tv on LSU's campus?

Posted on tech board but didn't get a reply. Figured more people would see it here.
I've seen several people use it at they're tailgate, but obviously it's a little more complicated then plug in and play to use LSU's wifi.
Hope to do this at the tailgate next weekend. Can anyone here help me out?

If they aren't doing it with LSUs wifi then they are most likely doing it with tethering off their phones and making a "hotspot" for streaming

They're doing it with LSU's wifi, their is just some complicated way LSU makes you register your apple TV and you need to be a student to access it.
We have relatives that are students and can use their info, we just don't know how to do it.

This. Via 4G/LTE. If tailgating all day have your friends rotate phones to share data. Streaming does use a lot of data quickly.
Or They either are a student with access and known where a hotspot goes outside and setup their tailgate..
