12 man PPR Trade help

I have Dez and CJ2K. And in being offered Fitzgerald and Reggie Bush.
Keep in mind my starters as of now are

I wouldn't do it. The minimal upgrade from CJ2k to Reggie doesn't make up for the vast PPR downgrade from Dez to Fitz.
