Taking first family trip to St. Thomas. Any suggestions for things to do, places to see, car rentals? Thanks for any info.

Are you the kid or the dad? Or the mom?

Better fix your title, or this won't last...

1. Magans Bay is probably the best beach in the Caribbean. Although there are no waves.
2. Aquarium place is OK, but mildly over rated.
3. Be prepared to see some impoverished places. Didn't expect to see so much.
4. Morningstar Bay is OK. Can get crowded by Cruise ship traffic.
5. I've only taken cabs. Below average.

I would definitely suggest Magen's Bay and also take the ferry ride over to St. John. Trunk Bay on St. John is perfect for snorkeling.
