How to get rid of the office snitch? UPDATE

Whiny, backstabbing, tattle-tale salesperson that emails everyones bosses at the drop of a hat. She literally sent 15 complaints about me last week and none were valid. She does the same shite with with everyone she has to work with. My boss hates her but he's not her boss. Her boss is going to retire in a year and dgaf. On behalf of myself and about 6 of my co-workers, how can we get rid of this bitch? Legally of course.
We have all talked to her, including my boss and asked her to talk to us if there is an issue but she refuses.
PS: We work for a great company and would rather her go than us leave.
