Bergeron's de-boned duck stuffed with boudin

Threw one on the kettle last weekend with a hunk of cherry wood. Their boudin has too much black pepper for my taste but, aside from that, this was pretty good.

Just stopped there on my way home this afternoon and loaded up for the weekend. Smoked chicken wings and ribs were great. Their boudin is heavily seasoned but it's pretty good considering the options we have in the area. I could spend a hundred bucks in that place easily. Stuffed chickens/ducks on the grill with some wood chunks is the way to go.
