Feds warn of ISIS attack on border - doesn't make sense

Why attack on the border when they can just walk on in and attack pretty much anywhere they want?

Seems like they're clearly saying they're going to attack in the U.S. They're just operating in the border city of Juarez (not far from El Paso)

They haven't figured out they can just walk in, get food stamps, welfare, college grants and the works yet.

I think we should all be frustrated with Washington for not securing the border....but I just don't see Islamic terrorist groups being a threat there. I hope I'm correct.

Our border is in shambles we can all agree.
But my thing is, USA is the biggest client for Mexican cartels...I'd almost think that the cartels would fight to keep ISIS out to not harm their bankroll
