What the heck was the point of announcing the Lumia 1525 back in the first week of July and now almost 2 months later, nothing? No release date! Literally not another word since July!
Seems stupid to announce the damn thing without a somewhat impending release. I would imagine the announcement killed a large chunk of possible 1520 sales.
And Yes, I am mad!
I want out of AT&T and I can't move until I know the company and specs of my next phone. I want a giant phone and if the 1525 comes with 32GB storage and QI charging, then that is the phone I want.
Damn AT&T for destroying the 1520 by removing 16GB of storage and removing the wireless charging.

You know AT&T doesn't make the phones.

They spec out the phone to Nokia. They asked to have the STANDARD version QI removed because they want people to use their wireless format and they removed the storage space so people would use their cloud services.
The international unmolested version of the phone has QI wireless charging and 32GB. AT&T had the US exclusive deal so we didn't get the unmolested version.
Thankfully, the 1525 appears to be headed to multiple carriers.
