Why isn't Rand Paul getting the Dixie Chicks treatment?

When the DC criticized Bush on foreign soil the backlash was swift and immediate. They were called traitors to their country (along with other, sometimes misogynist, names)
Fast forward and Rand Paul now is attacking Obama on foreign soil, but there isn't that same righteous indignation. I guess it's okay as long as those on the right agree with the criticism.

Didn't President Obama criticize American foreign policy on foreign soil on his Apology Tour? Yes he did. Hypocritical much?

Dixie Chicks had poor timing. If Paul said something similarly disrespectful of Obama, I imagine you would come unglued.

Is Rand slamming Obama or agreeing with Obama's "don't do stupid stuff" policy? Obama's speech today seems like it could have been written by Rand.

but the libertarians are war weary and reject interventionist policies. this is pissing off traditional conservatives and liberals
this is just like why the Tea Party formed in response to conservatives supporting TARP. GWB did more for the libertarian movement than any other individual
