Why have some blacks convinced themselves that God hates white people

and that blacks are the only ones going to heaven. Listening to a talk show this morning where a black minister kept quoting scripture he believed proved that blacks are the original Israelites and that blacks are the chosen people. He also kept quoting from some book he claims whitey purposely omitted from the bible that proves his claims.

Has our society sank to a new level of entitlement where a part of our culture has convinced themselves that the scripture is all about them? Is that where many black people's hate towards whites come from?

I'm really trying hard to understand this point of view but am not having much success beyond coming back to I think he's using taken out of context scripture to fuel his indoctrinated hatred of white people.

Someone more learned than me help me out here.
