So I screwed around waiting on a QB too long and ended up with Palmer. I don't feel good about it. Alex Smith and Flacco are on the waiver wire. Should I try and make a trade?

Palmer
Lacy
Bernard
D Bryant
K Allen
Kelce
Crabtree
Browns
Dawson

Bench

Michael Floyd
Sankey
Terrance Williams
Fred Jackson
Lamar Miller
Mark Ingram

Outside of the year before last, Rivers has always been good.

Stick with Rivers.

Alex threw for about 1,000 less yards and 9 less TD's in 2013. I expect the same dinky passes with a little more/less TD's for 2014.

Joe threw about 400 less and 13 less TD's in 2013. I think Flacco will get his yardage to meat up a bit more this year (more TD's), but I'd wait to see how much Steve Smith changes the offense. Hopefully he acts a little like Anquan. Go Ravens!

I don't know why I typed out rivers twice. I have Carson Palmer. Not rivers

I wouldn't feel great about Palmer as my QB1. He can be solid but has a low ceiling. I would target the best backups in your league and try and flip Ingram for one.

Carson Palmer in 2013... 4,200 yards with 24 TDs.

And 22 INTs.

I'd take Alex Smith until you can get/trade for someone. At least he won't negate his TDs with an equal amount of INTs.
