HSI that always works...is this realistic?

I have had Comcast (Shreveport) since December and it works less than 25% of the time. They have been out a couple of times and fix the issue for like 2 days, then it goes back to being inconsistent (at best).
Has anyone had this issue? Was it resolved or did you have to change companies?
Comcast is fast as hell but I am probably going to have to switch to AT&T which is much slower.

also with Comcast Shreveport. Kept having bad connections. One day it goes out completely. Tech came out and found that cable going from house to box under yard had some cut. haven't had any issues since they replaced the outside cable

Sounds like you need a good line tech to replace some cable.
