Keeper League- who should I keep?

12 team league, PPR
QB, 2 WR, 2 RB, WR/TE, RB/WR, TE, K, DEF
Get 2 keepers. When you keep a player, you get said player in the slot you drafted him at. Can keep him for 2 years, then he's ineligible to remain your keeper.
My options:
Randall Cobb in 16th round (would be second year kept)- no brainer that he is 1 of them
Percy Harvin (round 8)
or
Ryan Matthews (round 5)
Definitely leaning towards Percy but wanted some more opinions
