Damn.

Sometimes people who are around guns all the time can get complacent.

When you add a profit into the mix, things can get dangerous. Maybe handing an uzi to a 9 year old was where things started heading south.

This is true. No that's like calling someone a parachute jump instructor who hands you a parachute for the first time and says put on and jump. Watching this kid stand there with the gun makes me feel sorry for her. It's evident just from the way she is standing and holding the gun she should have never had it in her hands with live ammo and you apparently have no less than two adults standing there watching/filming the whole thing.
Sad she has to live with this now.
