Sounds like a win-win.
If LSU loses, you make some dough to soften the blow. If LSU wins, you're happy with a few less dollars in your pocket.
Then again, maybe it's more along the lines of lose-lose.

I'm going to take LSU w/ ML in a parlay. Wisconsin +4.5 is probably the smart play though.

My line just moved to LSU -5 earlier this AM. I'm a homer, don't get me wrong, but I'm really close to taking Wisc +5.

Why would anybody want to take the opposition of your favorite team? Either bet your team, but if you think that's a bad bet, then find other games. I'd hate to be sitting there in the fourth quarter hoping for LSU to win but praying that they don't cover. That is just asinine to me. I guess I could be wrong but I wouldn't want that feeling. Plus anything under 6 and the Tigers will be helping me pay some bills this month.
