A little more to the story. Black man quietly warned one of the white guys to not go inside the waffle house as black guys inside were upset about Ferguson.

Blacks followed the two white guys to Huddle house. Tried to stomp a guy to death and damn near succeeded.

Will never be prosecuted as a hate crime, like the guy in North BR that got the shite beat out of him and family, black on white hate does not happen

Nope. It would be viewed as racist and discriminatory to make this a hate crime. There is no way a group of black guys could or would ever do that out of hate.

By making this a hate crime, the white community is victimizing the blacks of America
